Our Common Area is a wonderful feature that allows residents to socialize, and host special events. Whether your catering in or grilling out we welcome residents of Courthouse Commons to utilize this space in ways that would make it special for them.
The Common Area covered deck is two steps above ground level and is equipped with ceiling fans, lights and electrical outlets. This outdoor living feature, the covered walkways, patios and general purpose areas are newly landscaped. The privacy fencing keeps guests and residents feeling safe and secure as they celebrate special occasions outside.
